Uncle Joe was born in a rural river town in South Korea. Fishing has always been a hobby for him growing up. He would sometimes go out fishing with just his rod or boat and would always get excited catching fish. With his catches, he would make sashimi, stews and grilled fish for his family. Having passion for cooking and the love of seafood, he decided to create his own seafood restaurant. Established in 2009, we thrive and continue to create excellence with fresh ingredients and service. Thank you for your continued patronage.
